Generally, our dispatch/collection time is approx. 5-10 business days – this is usually dependent on the sporting seasons & school terms. It could be longer in the run up to Christmas.
In some circumstances we may be able to complete your order within 2-3 days and have also been known to complete orders for those forgotten items on the same day! Please contact us to discuss further if you need your order in a hurry, to see how we can take the worry out of your trophy and presentation needs.

Of course you can. We use a national courier with 3 pickup times from our showroom per day. We charge a flat rate of $17.95 for the East Coast of Australia for up to 10kg weight limit. If you live in the NT, WA, SA, Tasmania or a Rural location please contact us to discuss the shipping cost and we will sort out the rest.
Of Course you can. Times for collections are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Just let us know in advance and we will reflect this on your account.
NOT USUALLY, providing your logo is supplied to us in a workable format - preferred files being EPS, AI or CDR.

Is anything really for free? Our pricing structure is all inclusive with no hidden surprises and yes, it is possible to achieve Free Engraving depending upon volume. Some of our competitors offer 'Free Engraving' but you will more then likely find they have built in the engraving cost to the price of the trophy. We would rather provide you with a firm quotation on a completed product which takes into account supply of the trophy and engraving costs. We charge a fair and reasonable price for our trophies and believe a business transaction should be a Win/Win situation. We accept EFTPOS or cash in store, or Bank Transfer before collection or dispatch.
Believe it or not but some of our competitors prey on our clients and contact them to try and lure them away! We have had this happen in the past so have decided to protect our clients privacy and unsolicited phone calls from these companies. We can assure you our testimonials are real, and can provide full details to qualified customers.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.
We deliver Australia wide.
Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order. We carry an extensive amount of stock, however with such a huge range, we may not have exactly what you are after. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly, but if you are needing something in a really tight time frame, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen. We can order stock overnight, manufacture trophies in house or possibly substitute with something similar that we have in stock. We’re always happy to help so please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.

Yes, if your trophy/medal has a logo space, this is included in the cost of your award. Please provide your club logo in our preferred files format of EPS, AI or CDR, either by attaching to your online order or emailing separately to info@goldcoasttrophies.com.au.
