• What timeframe is required to deliver my trophies?

    Depending upon sporting seasons, school terms or leading up to Christmas your order can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch/collection. Our usual dispatch/collection time is approximately 1 week and in certain circumstances we may complete your order within 2-3 days. We have also been known to complete orders for those forgotten items on the same day! Please contact us to discuss further to see how we can take the worry out of your trophy and presentation needs.

  • Can I have my order delivered?

    Of course you can. We use a national courier company with 3 pick up times from our showroom a day. We charge a flat rate of $17.95 for the east cost of Australia. If you live in the NT, WA or SA please contact us to discuss your needs and we will sort out the rest for you to ensure you receive your trophies prior to your presentation day.

  • Can I pick up my order to save on delivery fee?

    Of Course you can. Times for collections are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Just let us know in advance and we will reflect this on your account.

  • Do you charge a set up fee for my logo artwork?

    The short answer is NO. Providing your logo is supplied to us in a workable format with preferred files being EPS, AI or CDR. We can set up for engraving with no charge. We are happy to look at your PDF or JPEG files and advise you if we can make them work. If a fee is required we will discuss with you prior to ensure you are happy. Please contact us to discuss further. 

  • Do you offer Free Engraving?

    Is anything really for free? Our pricing structure is all inclusive with no hidden surprises and yes, it is possible to achieve Free Engraving depending upon volume. Some of our competitors offer 'Free Engraving' but you will more then likely find they have built in the engraving cost to the price of the trophy. We would rather provide you with a firm quotation on a completed product which takes into account supply of the trophy and engraving costs. We charge a fair and reasonable price for our trophies and believe a business transaction should be a Win/Win situation.   • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Our preferred method of payment at our store location is EFTPOS or Direct Deposit.

  • Why do your testimonials only have a name and description of the organisation they are from?

    Believe it or not but some of our competitors prey on our clients and contact them to try and lure them away! We have had this happen in the past so have decided to protect our clients privacy and unsolicited phone calls from these companies. We can assure you our testimonials are real, and can provide full details to qualified customers.
