Returns and Refunds
• No claims for damaged/faulty items will be recognised unless made within five (5) days from delivery date.
• A Credit Note will be issued for a breakage only after the goods have either been collected by our representative or agent or returned to us as arranged.
(Please note we will issue credits for faulty items. We will not be held responsible for breakages or damage caused by mishandling of products by the recipient.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of our business, cancellations of orders will not be accepted once stock has been ordered or production has commenced. If you think that you may have ordered incorrectly, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on (07) 5593 8555 or info@goldcoasttrophies.com.au so that we can try and resolve the problem with you.
